Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 18+ years in technical roles, with 8+ years in management.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows; knowledge of international standards (ACI, AISC, ISO).
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Certifications: PMP or PE preferred.
