Job Purpose

To lead and optimize the company’s logistics and supply chain operations by ensuring the efficient movement of raw materials, inventory, and finished goods across warehouses, factories, and customer locations. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and service reliability while supporting business growth in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams.
• Strong background in manufacturing, industrial operations, or construction materials.
• Experience managing warehousing, inventory control, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes and customs documentation.
• Experience using ERP systems and supply chain reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• CSCP
• CLTD
• CPIM
• CILT
• Six Sigma or equivalent Supply Chain certifications

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Electrical products or cable manufacturing.
• Construction materials or heavy industry.
• Large-scale warehousing and distribution operations.
• GCC experience is preferred.
