Job Purpose

To oversee and manage facilities operations across company projects and offices by ensuring efficient maintenance, safety compliance, and optimal utilization of assets. The role focuses on maintaining high operational standards, supporting project requirements, and ensuring a safe and functional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of company facilities, including offices, accommodations, and project sites.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Manage facility-related services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams for facility-related activities.
• Monitor facility budgets and control operational costs.
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and service requests.
• Support project teams by ensuring readiness of facilities and infrastructure.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare periodic reports.
• Manage and supervise facility staff and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 18+ years of experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong experience in managing facilities across multiple sites or projects.
• Good knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in construction or project-based environments in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Familiarity with facility management systems and maintenance planning tools.
• Experience managing large-scale facilities or workforce accommodations.
